Faktycznie w instrukcji nie ma tego opisane i z tego co wyczytałem nie można zmienić mapy velocity. (WTF??!!) Możesz natomiast zastosować taki trik:
"Yes, the Full Level only applies to the pads. The keys cannot be changed to remove velocity from the MPK mini MKII itself, but that can be done right in Ableton Live.
Create your MIDI or instrument track in Live. Then, from the MIDI Effects category, put a "Velocity" effect as the first in the rack. Set the Lowest and Highest parameters in it both to "127". Voila, you have a fixed velocity output!"
